Tank Commander

A realtime, networked game of mechanised combat

Overview

Tank Commander is a 2D, top down, multiplayer combat game for up to four players. Each player controls their own customisable battle tank, playing head-to-head against their opponents in a variety of different modes of gameplay.

Features

Some of the features that we have planned for Tank Commander are shown below:

Three different types of tank chassis: Scout, Attack and Assault
User selectable tank payload: Weapons, Equipment and Power-ups
Different modes of gameplay: Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Conquest, War
An interesting range of different battle terrain types
Multi-platform support

Status

Tank Commander is in the very early stages of development. We are currently working towards developing an initial prototype using the Clean programming language.
